so i woke up this morning, thinking i was eveready to go childcare. unfortunately my throat felt burning hot again! when i touched it, i could feel the pain. i was wondering. is there an ulcer down my throat or something? to make it worse, my fever came bac again, and i felt kinda weak. ibu immediately gave me a panadol and told me not to go childcare. ohmann. my tongue is feeling alil painful now. wonder wonder. but adults don really get hfmd that easily rightt? worried~

i thought i could do my work since i didn go childcare today. had lotsa stuff to think about. brainstorm web and integrated web not yet done! how am i supposed to develop the lesson plans you tell me? and i still hav lotsa materials to make myself! and im really teaching in two weeks! fuck. and all i did jus now was "putting theory into practice". ok what i meant was, taking care of my two lil nephews. aaron jus recovered from hfmd but ryan jus got it. ohmygoodness! total madness! i didn put what ive learnt into practice tho'. it was really hard, especially when both actually climbed up the shelves! and then ryan attempted to climb up on top of the tv set! from time to time i ran into their room to see how things were, and then cooked for them food since they were hungry. and then got them to watch Barney and then Tom & Jerry. they hav a full collection of those dvds. and sometimes i had to threaten them when they "misbehave". it was really fucking tiring. really. i nearly cried, cus probably i was kinda weak today so didn hav the full "energy" to look after them. now ryan is napping and aaron is watching The Wheels On the Bus. so there. hopefully i can really really start on my work. im scared right now.

oh. i got an email from honey about a guy who had dust in his eye and he rubbed and rubbed thinking it was normal dust. but it turned out to be a tiny insect's egg? and it grew into a worm! yuck! so the guy had to go for op. omgomg. i reflected on myself immediately mann. im a person who doesn really care about my own welfare that much. and i always had eye irritations and would rub them! wtf. now i'd better be careful mann. never play with your own health. the effects couldn be seen now, but it could be, when youre like approaching 50 or even 40plus. dammit.

haa. i love knowing more about myself. cant stop learning and discovering more about myself. if you see any motivational books, jus give them to me! :)
